We work with several insurance providers and will help prepare and submit all insurance claims on your behalf, doing what we can to maximize your benefits.

We understand that navigating billing and insurance for your dental procedure can be challenging. Here are answers to some common questions to help guide you through the process and ensure a smooth experience.
The out-of-pocket cost of the dental procedures can vary depending on the treatment, insurance coverage, and other factors. We will provide you a breakdown of the total costs for your surgery. We will do our best to include an estimate of insurance coverage and estimated out of pocket costs. You are responsible for paying your portion at the time service is rendered.
We understand that dental care can be expensive and an unplanned expense. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept the following payment methods cash, personal checks and major debit or credit cards, and third-party financing through CareCredit.
We offer various options to make the payment process seamless and convenient. Payments can be made online via your patient portal, calling the office to make an over the phone payment, or payment can be mailed directly to the office.
We accept in-network and out-of-network insurance plans. We will submit your insurance claims for you.
Insurance benefits can vary and often times your plan will only pay a portion of your treatment. Understanding your dental insurance coverage can be very complex and we are happy to assist you in understanding your benefits. We will provide you an estimate of insurance coverage and ask that you make payment for your patient portion at the time of your appointment.
There are many contributing factors as to why your treatment wasn’t covered by your insurance such as the specifics of your policy or treatment received elsewhere. We are happy to help assist you in understanding your coverage but for specific questions about your policy and regarding why it wasn’t covered, we recommend you contact your insurance company directly.
